• The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) - is a non-profit certification organization that sets the standards and best practices for the cleaning, inspection and restoration service industries.

• The Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) - is a nonprofit trade association organization that governs the carpet and rug flooring industry internationally. They represent the manufacturers of more than 95 percent of all carpet made in the United States, as well as their suppliers and service providers.

• Floorcovering Institute of Ontario (FIO) - is a non-profit group that creates, promotes, fosters and encourages interest and consumer confidence in floor covering and the floor covering industry. It also promotes publicity for the floor covering industry.

• International Facility Management Association (IFMA) - is the largest and most widely recognized professional association for facility management, supporting more than 18,500 members nationwide. IFMA certifies facility managers, conducts research, and provides educational programs.

• World Floor Covering Association (WFCA) - is the industry’s only unbiased source of information. The WFCA and its 3,000+ retailer membership are dedicated to providing consumers the information, service and support needed to ensure a successful floor covering purchase experience.

• Canadian Green Building Council (CGBC)- A leader in providing healthy green buildings, homes and communities throughout Canada.
